I am a dance artist, student of Gender Studies/ Education and a teacher of the Axis Syllabus based in Berlin, Germany.
I dedicated my past 10 years (after the graduation in contemporary dance at the Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance, SEAD, 2008) for intensive studies of the Axis Syllabus and created a strong teaching practice. I’ve been performatively active for about 3 years now. The decisive factor was the work of Alisa Tretau in her “Sweet Peep Salon,” a body-and sex-positive immersive performance space. Both “LABOUR_LAB” and “perspEGGtives” emerged from this performance.
I studied dance/improvisation and composition with Susan Rethorst, Sara Shelton Mann, Keith Hennessy, Nita Little, Katie Duck and Frey Faust (among others). Teaching and lingering at Ponderosa Stolzenhagen with its thick his_her_theirstory in performance art has shaped my own creative language.
On this page I am sharing performance projects with you. Both as a dancer/performer in works by others, as well as my own collaborations and solos.
